Product characteristics
Polyester (PET) or polypropylene (PP) film as the substrate, coated with a special electrolyte-resistant acrylic adhesive.
Good electrolyte resistance, no colour loss, no residual adhesive, and resistance to voltage breakdown.
Applications
Specifically used for the insulation protection and fixing of the tabs, edges, bases and terminations of aluminium-can, steel-can and pouch battery cells.
To facilitate traceability, the film can be printed with numbers to make numbered tape, or barcodes and QR codes can be laser-engraved on the adhesive surface.
